According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, Daniel Farke was ill on Friday, so assistant Edmund Riemer handled press duties and confirmed an injury blow, with in-form Noah Okafor set to miss two games due to a calf strain. Pascal Struijk was not training with the group, though there was hope he would be available by Monday. Gabriel Gudmundsson remains sidelined with a hamstring problem, and Ilia Gruev’s season is over after a meniscus injury.

The predicted line-up points to Karl Darlow in goal after frustration at conceding a soft one against Burnley. He might also have one eye on a potential new contract this summer.

Joe Rodon was largely solid against Burnley and is out to make a point against his former club. Jaka Bijol’s intelligent passing stood out last weekend and his duel with Richarlison could be a key battle.

Struijk has looked shakier than his centre-back partners of late yet has still impressed, and Leeds will want a display in line with his recent best if he is passed fit.
