Leeds United sit 12th in the Premier League average attendance table for 2025/26, with Elland Road's capacity limiting numbers despite fervent backing and an away win at Manchester United that pushed Daniel Farke's side further clear of the relegation zone.
According to arabic Casinos, Leeds average 36,701 at Elland Road. Manchester United lead with 73,979, West Ham follow on 62,453, Tottenham and Liverpool both exceed 60,000, while Bournemouth are bottom with 11,172.
Leeds could climb higher once the ground grows. Planning permission has been secured to raise capacity to 53,000.
The scheme involves major redevelopment of the North and West Stands, with changes also planned for the South Stand. Works have begun, with main construction scheduled after the 2025/26 season. Phased delivery will keep the team at Elland Road, with full completion targeted around 2030.
It forms part of a wider South Leeds regeneration plan, including transport improvements. The project is estimated to cost between £130 million and £150 million, and aims to ease a season-ticket waiting list of more than 26,000.
