It took half an hour, but the deadlock has finally been broken at the Hill Dickinson Stadium between Everton and Leeds United.
After a cagey 30 minutes on Merseyside, the away side landed the first blow as they utilised their pace down the right hand side.

A dangerous ball was played into the box and not dealt with by David Moyes side, allowing Anton Stach to lay it off for teammate James Justin to rifle it home.
The 27-year-old only signed for Leeds in the summer from Leicester City and he has now scored his first goal for the Whites.
It is also his first Premier League goal since September 2024, when he bagged a brace away at Arsenal.
Can Daniel Farke's side go on to make it three wins from their last five games in all competitions, or while the hosts mount a comeback?
