Leeds host relegated Burnley at Elland Road on Friday, seeking another step towards Premier League safety after reaching 40 points with a 2-2 draw at Bournemouth.

According to yorkshireevenpost.co.uk, Farke will be without Ilia Gruev for the rest of the season, and Gabriel Gudmundsson is out for at least the next two games with a hamstring injury.

There is also concern over two further key players, although one recent positive is the return of Anton Stach.

Burnley captain Josh Cullen remains sidelined after ACL surgery in December, and is expected to miss several more months despite being through the worst of rehabilitation.

Jordan Beyer is also out long term after a meniscus knee injury against Luton in October 2023 and a hamstring problem last summer, with no sign of an imminent return.

Connor Roberts, a former Leeds loanee, has an Achilles injury and has not featured this season. He remains unavailable after being in the early stages of recovery last month.

Zeki Amdouni has returned to training after an ACL injury in the summer and could be involved before the season is over, although he has yet to appear.

Hannibal Mejbri sustained a hamstring issue in last month's 3-1 defeat at Fulham and has not featured since. A comeback at Manchester City was unlikely, but involvement at Elland Road remains possible.

Axel Tuanzebe has been out since February with an Achilles problem, although he played for DR Congo during the March international break. The exact issue and severity are unclear.
