Bayern Munich continued their dominance with an emphatic 4-0 win against Club Brugge in the Champions League last night.
Harry Kane, Luis Diaz and Nicolas Jackson were on target, while teenage prodigy Lennart Karl took centre stage by scoring his maiden goal in the competition.
The 17-year-old started a brilliant run before whipping in a powerful left-footed strike into the top right corner inside five minutes to put Bayern ahead.
He also became the club’s youngest-ever scorer in the Champions League, surpassing Jamal Musiala.
The German prodigy was handed the Man of the Match award for his sublime performance.
Aleksandar Pavlovic dominated in midfield with yet another top-notch performance, continuing his impressive form this season.
The 21-year-old has been slowly growing into a key cog in Bayern’s engine room. His consistency and talent put him among the best young midfielders in Europe.
Pavlovic recorded the most passes of the game (102) with a 99 percent accuracy, including 13 passes into the final third. He created two big chances.
He was also rock solid defensively, making six recoveries and winning four duels.
Kane extended his astonishing scoring run by netting his fifth goal in the Champions League this season. He is the joint top scorer alongside Kylian Mbappe.
The Three Lions striker has now recorded 20 goals and three assists in all competitions this term.
Bayern look untouchable at the moment, having won 10 out of 10 games in the Bundesliga and the Champions League.
