Liverpool are now ready to cash in on midfielder Curtis Jones, who is wanted by Serie A giants Inter Milan as well as a handful of Premier League clubs.

According to The Times, Liverpool are demanding at least £35 million for the England international, who has just one year left on his contract.

Liverpool are set for another busy summer in the transfer market, with the club looking to strengthen a number of positions across the team.

The Reds have already waved goodbye to legendary duo Mohamed Salah and Andrew Robertson.

Recent reports also claim centre-back Ibrahima Konate will follow both players through the Anfield exit after failing to agree a new deal with Liverpool.

While Liverpool are already working on incoming transfers, there could be more players heading for the exit, with Jones now drawing attention from clubs in the Premier League and abroad.

Jones has one year left on his contract with Liverpool, and there hasn’t been any talks of an extension being on the cards.

Having already lost three players on free transfers, Liverpool are keen to avoid a similar situation with Jones and are ready to cash in while they can.

The 25-year-old came up through Liverpool’s academy before establishing himself in the first team.

Since making his breakthrough, Jones has made 228 appearances for Liverpool, contributing 22 goals and 25 assists. He also featured 49 times in all competitions during the 2025/26 campaign.

The “outstanding” midfielder was once described as a “complete” player by manager Arne Slot, but his reluctance to commit his future to Liverpool could force him out of the club this summer.

Several reports claim a host of Premier League clubs are weighing up a move for Jones, including Tottenham Hotspur, Newcastle United, and Europa League winner Aston Villa.

However, Inter are believed to be the most interested club in Jones at the moment, but they’re not ready to match Liverpool’s asking price.

The Serie A champions are only ready to pay around £25m for Jones, which could scupper their chances of finalising a deal.
