As has been known for some time now, Bayern Munich are looking for another right full-back as part of their future squad planning.
Their top candidate is Givairo Read, with a transfer fee of €25 to €35million is being discussed for the Dutch talent.

However, a major problem has emerged for the Bavarians. As Fabrizio Romano reports, Manchester City is also keen on Read.
The Premier League giants can throw money around like there's no tomorrow which would leave Bayern with no chance in a bidding war.
However, it's not quite there yet, even though Romano emphasizes that both clubs are very keen on Read, Bayern are a step ahead.
The German record champions have already held talks with the 19-year-old's representatives and are waiting to see how it unfolds.
