Manu Koné, 24, went off with a muscle problem for AS Rome against Bologne in Thursday's Europa League round of 16 second leg.

He sat down near the touchline in the 18th minute without any clear contact, grimacing, then limped off on his right leg and headed straight to the dressing room. Pellegrini replaced him in the 20th minute. Gazzetta suggests he had trained separately in recent days due to slight fatigue.

Named earlier on Thursday by Didier Deschamps to face Brazil on 26 March and Colombia on 29 March, he could miss those friendlies, the final France camp before the World Cup.

It is his third injury of the season, after a second-degree right hamstring lesion in January.

The report adds that he is very probably out of Sunday's match with Lecce, and will undergo tests in the coming days. His availability for the France camp is not yet known.
