Roma’s sporting director, Frederic Massara, has already begun planning his moves for the upcoming transfer window.
There are several situations on the executive’s desk to monitor, including players whose contracts are expiring and awaiting a call for contract extensions, and deals that need to be finalized, both incoming and outgoing.
Alongside building the squad for next season, the club is also working on contract renewals.
According to Il Messaggero, further contact is expected in the coming days between Giuseppe Riso and Massara to finalize the final details regarding the extensions of Gianluca Mancini and Bryan Cristante.
Both, currently tied to Roma by contracts expiring in June 2027, are set to continue their adventures with the Giallorossi.
These are two key players in Gian Piero Gasperini’s tactical plan, with Mancini and Cristante considered key elements in the squad’s balance and experience.
The shared desire, therefore, is to ensure continuity in the technical project, securing two players deemed crucial to Roma’s future.
While awaiting the official confirmation of the renewals, the management will continue to work on several fronts, aiming to provide Gasperini with an increasingly competitive squad, ready to face next season’s challenges.
