Massimiliano Mazzetta is to become Juventus’ new Head of Women’s Football, on a contract that will keep him with the Club until 30 June 2028.

Having joined Juventus in 2013, Mazzetta has built his career within the Club through roles of increasing responsibility. Following his time as Academy Sport Secretary, from 2018 to 2024 he held the position of Sport Secretary Supervisor, providing regulatory and administrative support for the sporting activities of the Next Gen and Youth Sector.

Since July 2024, he has served as Deputy Women’s Football Director, contributing to the development of the women’s section and working closely with Stefano Braghin – who recently decided to pursue new professional challenges – and with all members of the Juventus Women project.

His appointment therefore represents an important sign of continuity and recognition of the skills he has developed within the Club, as we look to the future.

The whole of Juventus sends Massimiliano its best wishes for success in this new professional challenge.
