Calum McFarlane is scraping the barrel for attacking players right now – and will likely have to tweak his team tomorrow.

Chelsea are having such a macro scale crisis that it’s easy to forget they’ve got a bit of an injury crisis too.
No sooner have our defenders returned (and we expected Levi Colwill and Reece James to start or at least appear as subs tomorrow), our attackers go down.
Jamie Gittens has been injured for most of the season. Estevao tore his hamstring a couple of weeks ago. Now we’ve added Pedro Neto and Alejandro Garnacho to the list. Jesse Derry came into the team at short notice on Monday to fill the gaps – now he too is hurt.
Interim coach Calum McFarlane has a few options, but we suspect that rather than stick with his formation and call up an academy player to feature on the left wing, he will tweak the shape so that Liam Delap, the only remaining senior attacker, can come in.
That likely means Delap leading the line, with Joao Pedro dropping into the number 10 role and Enzo Fernandez playing wider to his left. It could also be the other way around, with JP wider left and Enzo staying central.
Calum McFarlane admitted that, with options limited, he may have to turn to the Chelsea academy for players to sit on the bench tomorrow.
Mheuka is being lined up for a loan this summer, although you’ll forgive us for not being too confident the club will make a good call on that front.
