MLS: Luis Suarez will miss Inter Miami’s decisive match

Luis Suarez will not be able to play in Game 3 of the MLS playoffs against Nashville SC. The 38-year-old Uruguayan striker has been suspended after kicking his opponent Andy Najar during the previous match.

The referee did not see the incident, but the league decided to hand down a retroactive ban. This suspension comes at the worst possible moment for Inter Miami, who already face a tough challenge against Nashville after losing Game 2 at home. Suarez will be absent, but the team can still rely on other stars like Lionel Messi, Rodrigo de Paul, Sergio Busquets, and Jordi Alba.
