Nantes 1-2 Paris FC player ratings: Youssef El-Arabi subdued as Ilan Kebbal shines | OneFootball

Ilan Kebbal inspired Paris FC to a 2-1 win at La Beaujoire, while Youssef El-Arabi laboured at the tip of Nantes’ attack.

According to L'Équipe, Kebbal stood out and El-Arabi struggled to impose himself. Kebbal scored in the sixth minute, then combined with Hamari Traoré before the cross for Luca Koleosho’s 78th-minute winner.

Kebbal also shot wide on 19 minutes and was booked for a tactical foul on 29 minutes.

Matthis Abline levelled with a fierce strike in the 50th minute and, with his pace and power, was Nantes’ most threatening forward.

Leading the line against three centre-backs, El-Arabi made little impact, although his defensive running was diligent, and he went off on 65 minutes for Ganago.

Returning at right-back, Traoré delivered a solid display and supplied the cross for Koleosho after a one-two with Kebbal. The winger came on for Gory in the 67th minute and was lively down the left.

Debutant Ibrahima Sissoko struggled, starting at centre-back and slow to react for Kebbal’s goal, improving slightly in midfield before going off on 83 minutes. Rémy Cabella disappointed under the press, and Kelvin Amian was missing for Gory’s disallowed effort and Koleosho’s winner.
