The Canaries have finally made their move for a sought-after attacker...
Norwich City are riding the crest of a wave in the Championship right now - and they are looking to further add to their squad before Monday's 7pm transfer deadline.
Under Philippe Clement's management, the Canaries are no longer looking like a team threatened with relegation, having won four of their last five Championship matches to rise up to 18th in the second tier standings.
Their upturn in form comes despite the fallout from star striker Josh Sargent's bid to move away from the club, with Tom Bogert reporting last week that a club meeting turned heated between the American and the hierarchy, as he pushes for a move to MLS outfit Toronto FC ahead of this years FIFA World Cup.
Sargent could yet depart Carrow Road should the Canadian side meet City's demands, and there's a clear succession plan in place for if the 25-year-old leaves Norfolk - with another transfer offer going in for the player that they desire.

It was reported on January 20 by Mike McGrath that Norwich had submitted an offer for prolific Bodø/Glimt striker Kasper Høgh, who scored 17 times in the 2025 Eliteserien season for his club - but that offer came right before a match-winning brace against Man City in the UEFA Champions League.
Since then, Scottish giants Celtic have emerged as contenders for the 25-year-old's signature, with Pete O'Rourke confirming their interest this week, but it looks like Norwich themselves have made another move to try and land the Danish attacker.
As claimed by transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, a fresh offer has landed at Bodø/Glimt's door from Norfolk for €8 million (£6.94 million), which includes add-ons for the prolific 6ft 1in centre-forward.
Norwich appear keen to bring Høgh to Carrow Road, despite the prolific season that summer signing Jovon Makama is having, and should they convince the Scandinavian to move to England, it could pave the way for Sargent's acrimonious exit.

Celtic are still lagging behind Hearts at the top of the Scottish Premiership table by six points, and they now even see bitter rivals Rangers in second position above them too.
The Wilfried Nancy experiment didn't go to plan for the Hoops, Martin O'Neill - who had a brief stint as Norwich manager in 1995 - is back in charge at Celtic Park until the end of the season.
Desperate for some fresh fire-power, Celtic have already added Borussia Monchengladbach's towering Czech striker Tomas Cvancara to their ranks on loan, but O'Neill evidently wants more than that, hence the continued interest in Høgh.
With Norwich making their fresh move for the centre-forward though, it could leave Celtic lagging behind in a bid to bring Høgh to the UK - they could of course offer European football if they win their final Europa League league phase match against Utrecht, but Norwich could offer him a better route to the riches of the Premier League.
