Ola Aina could return at Aston Villa this weekend after a hamstring lay-off, with 肖恩·戴奇 providing an update on fitness and selection.

According to Nottingham Post, the full-back has had B-team minutes and may be included for Saturday's 12:30 kick-off in the West Midlands. He was omitted from Forest's 25-man Premier League list for the first half of the season, but can now be re-registered.

Dyche said most players are fine, a few have minor knocks and the club hope they will recover. He is getting to know Aina and is looking forward to working with him for the first time, describing him as a good character and noting his pace and power from facing him before.

He added Aina has worked hard at the training ground, though his minutes have been limited by injury. The issue has settled, he feels good and has a chance to be involved.

Forest remain without midfielder Ryan Yates, hamstring, and striker Chris Wood, knee. Winger Dan Ndoye has a minor calf problem, is doubtful for the weekend, and the hope is he returns soon after.

Forest head into the match on three straight defeats, their cushion above the relegation zone down to four points. Dyche lamented a lack of cutting edge in recent outings, including Tuesday's 0-2 loss to Everton, and accepts high-flying Villa will be a tough assignment.
