K League convened the Individual Awards Candidate Selection Committee on Wednesday 19th November, ahead of the Hana Bank K League 2025 Awards Ceremony, and selected a three-person shortlist for this season’s K League 1 and K League 2 awards: Manager of the Year, Most Valuable Player (MVP), Young Player of the Year, and Best XI.

The committee consists of experts who closely followed many matches this season, including members of the League’s Technical Study Group (TSG), reporters, and commentators. Based on each club’s submitted list of candidates for each category, the committee comprehensively reviewed season records and performances to determine the final nominees.
