FC Barcelona are set to kick off their game against Elche soon, and this promises to be a tough encounter for La Blaugrana. Desperately in need of a win here, the Catalan giants will be extra motivated in this game.

However, with the likes of Pedri and Raphinha still sidelined, Hansi Flick has had to improve his starting eleven in some ways. Here is the official starting line-up for Barcelona against Elche for this La Liga encounter.

In goal, Wojciech Szczesny starts for the Catalan giants and the Polish goalkeeper will look to put in a strong performance now that Joan Garcia is nearing his return as well.

Ahead of him, the two centre-backs for this game are Eric Garcia and Ronald Araujo. Both players will have a lot to prove and that is exactly the kind of motivation that is needed within this team.

On their flanks, Jules Kounde and Alejandro Balde start for La Blaugrana and they will be covering a lot of ground in this game to facilitate the team both offensively and defensively.

In the midfield, Frenkie de Jong and Marc Casado start together in the absence of Pedri, and both players will look to dictate the tempo of the game and ensure that Barça remains in control.
