The ex-Lille forward is not part of the Bianconeri squad list released just a few minutes ago.
According to Sky Sport Italia, David has been omitted due to a groin injury.
David had been subbed off in the second half of an away game at Inter on Saturday in what appeared to be a tactical substitution.
Dusan Vlahovic and Arkadiusz Milik are also unavailable for the upcoming European fixture, so Lois Openda will be the only centre-forward available for the Old Lady in Istanbul.

David started in the last eight Serie A games for Juventus.
He has scored seven goals and provided five assists in 34 appearances across all competitions this season, including two in the Champions League.
Tomorrow, February, Tuesday 17, Juventus visit Galatasaray in the first leg of the Champions League knockout play-off.
