Official: Kylian Mbappe finishes 7th in the 2025 Ballon d’Or rankings | OneFootball

With the announcement for the 2025 Ballon d’Or nearing, the final rankings from the third position to the tenth position have now been revealed.

And, Real Madrid superstar Kylian Mbappe has managed to secure a seventh-place finish in the final rankings of the 2025 Ballon d’Or.

Having arrived at the Santiago Bernabeu last summer, the French superstar enjoyed a solid debut campaign, wherein he scored 40+ goals, winning the Pichichi Trophy in La Liga and the European Golden Boot.

However, a major trophy evaded Mbappe, as Real Madrid failed to win La Liga, Copa del Rey, or the UEFA Champions League. Their only success came in the UEFA Super Cup and the FIFA Intercontinental Cup.

Not winning the UEFA Nations League with the French national team also ended up hurting Mbappe’s chances, who has now finished 7th, ahead of his teammates Vinicius Jr. (16) and Jude Bellingham (23).

Meanwhile, Thibaut Courtois finished fourth in the Yachine Trophy, and Dean Huijsen was placed sixth in the Kopa Trophy rankings.
