Real Madrid are back at home this weekend after a run of seven games on the road as they take on Celta Vigo at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Ahead of the crucial game against the Galician outfit, manager Xabi Alonso has announced the squad list of players called up.

The big news is that young Castilla defender Joan Martinez, who trained with the senior setup today, has been named in the squad by Alonso.

Given the number of absences in the defensive line, the teenager has been called up to provide cover if necessary.

After all, Real Madrid are without Dani Carvajal, Dean Huijsen, David Alaba, Ferland Mendy and Trent Alexander-Arnold for the game, with the latter picking up an injury earlier this week vs Athletic Club.

The other major news is that Eduardo Camavinga has been declared fit and ready to play despite having injured his ankle during the midweek encounter at San Mames.

Beyond that, the squad is made up of the usual suspects and it will be interesting to see if Alonso plans any rotations, considering that Los Blancos take on Manchester City next week in the UEFA Champions League.
