Real Madrid will face off against Juventus later tonight at the Santiago Bernabeu on Matchday 3 of the UEFA Champions League.
Having picked up two wins in two so far in the competition, Xabi Alonso & co. will be eager to maintain their 100% record and secure another victory tonight against the Bianconeri.
Ahead of the game, Alonso has now announced the squad list of players that will be at his disposal for selection tonight.
The biggest news is that Ferland Mendy is back in the squad for the first time after nearly six months out with injury.
The left-back resumed training with the group last week and is now a part of the matchday squad for the first time under Alonso.
Meanwhile, Trent Alexander-Arnold has not been called up by the manager despite the Englishman completing two training sessions with the group this week.
Dani Carvajal, who also resumed training on Tuesday, has not been included in the squad. Antonio Rudiger, Dani Ceballos, David Alaba, and Dean Huijsen also remain unavailable.
Youngster Thiago Pitarch has been called up again by Alonso, although the midfield prospect has barely featured in the first team.
