After a bitter defeat to Liverpool in the UEFA Champions League, Real Madrid will look to bounce back to winning ways as they take on Rayo Vallecano this weekend.
Ahead of the game, Real Madrid have announced their final squad that will take on Vallecano, in what will be the team’s final game before the November international break.
Xabi Alonso has made a few key changes from the squad that traveled to Anfield. The most significant absence is Aurelien Tchouameni, who is now ruled out with a muscular problem.
Youngster Franco Mastantuono also remains unavailable as he recovers from a groin injury.
The major positive for Los Blancos is the return of David Alaba. The veteran defender is back in the squad for the first time in over four matches, having recovered from a calf strain that saw him miss both the Liverpool clash and the last La Liga fixture.
Trent Alexander-Arnold, who made his return from injury as a substitute at Anfield, is also included and fully available.
The attack remains at full strength, with Kylian Mbappe, Vinicius Jr., and Rodrygo all available, while neither Thiago Pitarch, nor Jorge Cestero made the list in the absence of Tchouameni.
