Oskar Pietuszewski has made an instant impact at Porto, emerging as a key figure in their title triumph. The winger lit up the Luz with a brilliant strike and unsettled backlines throughout the run-in.
According to O Jogo, former Jagiellonia team-mate Afimico Pululu identified his audacity early, the same swagger that has delighted the Dragão crowd. Pululu describes him as a powerful one-on-one threat, comfortable on the ball and very confident.
Signed from Jagiellonia in January at 17, he was trusted immediately as a first-team option.
He finished the campaign with 18 appearances, three goals and two assists, and became a Poland senior international.
In late May he extended his contract on improved terms, reflecting his new status and recent coming of age.
