Premier League: Maresca suspended and penalized

Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca received a red card during the 2-1 victory over Liverpool in October after celebrating the winning goal.

As a result of this sending-off, Maresca has been handed a one-match suspension and will miss the Premier League clash against Nottingham Forest on Saturday. He has also been fined approximately €10,000. In interviews with the Italian media, the 45-year-old coach explained that his reaction was instinctive and admitted the red card was justified.
