Sunderland v Bournemouth: Goals to flow at SOL

Sunderland v BournemouthSaturday 29 November, 15:00

Sunderland return to the Stadium of Light (W3-D3-L0) for the first time since their creditable draw with table-topping Arsenal. The Black Cats do look slightly underrated for their encounter with Bournemouth on Saturday, though it's the goal prices that hold the most appeal on Wearside with Over 2.5 Goals available to support at 2.06.

Regis Le Bris' boys have notched 11 goals in six home outings since promotion, striking at least twice in four of those fixtures and getting on the scoresheet in all six. With Bournemouth having shipped 15 goals and 94 shots across their last seven Premier League games, Sunderland should expect to enhance their solid goalscoring stats here.

Bournemouth have bagged just three clean sheets in 25 away EPL dates since the start of last season (conceding 1.84 goals per-game). In 2025/26, the Cherries have shipped multiple goals in five of six on their travels. However, Andoni Iraola's troops do pack a punch of their own, grabbing a goal in 10/12 this term, as well as in 21/25 road trips.

Despite their impressive opening stanza, Sunderland have conceded in four of six Stadium of Light outings, adding further weight to a goals-based case. And with 80% of Bournemouth's away games busting the Over 2.5 Goals barrier since the beginning of last term, a repeat stands-out at an attractive odds-against offering.

Crystal Palace v Manchester United: Eagles appeal on the handicap

Crystal Palace v Manchester UnitedSunday 30 November, 14:00Live on Sky Sports

Manchester United suffered their first defeat in six on Monday in a hugely frustrating evening at Old Trafford. The Reds were well off the pace against 10-man Everton and now face a devilishly difficult trip to Crystal Palace as they bid to get back on track.

The current market prices suggest Ruben Amorim's outfit are the stronger suit and that's an argument that's difficult to justify. United are W12-D9-L18 under the Portuguese boss with the visitors tabling just five away triumphs in 25 EPL matches since the start of last season (managing only five shutouts in that same sample).

Crystal Palace do have Europa Conference League commitments to deal with on Thursday night, though Oliver Glasner's group are still the more astute and trustworthy team. The Eagles have suffered on eight league losses in 42 coming into the weekend and are unbeaten in 12 (W6-D6-L0) home Premier League encounters.

Only Arsenal have conceded fewer goals than Palace this term with the hosts sitting fourth on xP, winning the xG battle in nine of 12 league dates (including all six at Selhurst). Whereas Man Utd have managed a solitary clean sheet and are conceding the fifth-most npxG in the division - Palace +0.0 is a straightforward selection at 1.80.

Nottingham Forest v Brighton: Goals stand-out at the City Ground

Nottingham Forest v BrightonSunday 30 November, 14:00Live on Sky Sports

Nottingham Forest are finding their feet under Sean Dyche, though a repeat of their famous 7-0 success over Brighton last season is unlikely to be repeated when the two teams meet again at the City Ground this weekend. Nevertheless, goals should again be a feature with Over 2.5 Goals trading at an attractive 1.93.

Brighton are the traditional goal kings of the Premier League - 70% of the Seagulls' matches under Fabian Hurzeler have covered the Over 2.5 Goals line, with 40% also producing four strikes or more. Away from The Amex, Albion have delivered Over 2.5 Goals profit in 68% of EPL outings, 48% have hit 4+ goals and 68% saw BTTS bank.

Impressively, Brighton have scored in 22 of those 25 away trips under Hurzeler, though the visitors have recorded a paltry tally of six away clean sheets. The Seagulls see an average of 3.44 goals per-game in those road trips and so the opportunity to support another goal-filled game at close to even-money has to be a strong consideration.

Forest arrive in goalscoring form having plundered three goals in successive Premier League contests, while last weekend's 3-0 victory at Anfield was the team's first shutout in 19. Over 2.5 Goals has the been right play in five of six City Ground league games this season, as well as eight of Brighton's 12 EPL fixtures.
