Gonçalo Ramos’ future at PSG is still uncertain, as transfer rumors continue to swirl around the Portuguese striker. His lackluster performances at the FIFA Club World Cup haven’t helped quiet the speculation.

Ramos finished the 2024-25 season with 18 goals and six assists in 41 appearances, but those numbers might not be enough to secure his place at PSG going forward.

Journalist Graeme Bailey reported that Manchester United was offered the chance to sign the 24-year-old, with PSG open to a potential sale. Ramos has also reportedly held talks with clubs in Europe and Saudi Arabia.

Liverpool is another team keeping tabs on him. According to Anfield Index, while Ramos isn’t a top priority, he’s being considered as part of the club’s data-driven, “Moneyball”-style recruitment model.

Could PSG sell Gonçalo Ramos this summer?

On Monday, RMC Sport reported that the main concerns now come from PSG’s No. 9, who might be unhappy with the limited playing time he’s getting. There’s very little rotation in his spot, especially since Ousmane Dembélé has settled in well there.

Behind them, Désiré Doué, Bradley Barcola, and Kvicha Kvaratskhelia are competing for just two positions. Ramos is much further down the pecking order and could be considering a move elsewhere. The club is open to letting him go if a good offer comes in.

Amid the rumors linking him away from PSG, RMC Sport’s Jérôme Rothen stated how much it would take for the Parisians to sell the player this summer.

“When he has had the opportunity to play and shine, you are often left a little unsatisfied, and that was the case at the Club World Cup: Dembélé was injured, he was not good,” Rothen said. “It’s a big club; if there is a significant offer of more than €50 million, they will let him go.”

Last May, CaughtOffside reported that interest in Ramos’ situation is growing, with a deal still on the table. Newcastle, Aston Villa, Napoli, and Juventus are all tracking Ramos. Moreover, the report added that Arsenal and Manchester United are eager to bolster their attacking options this summer.
