Queens Park Rangers fans have been warned about tube strikes ahead of their Championship clash with Swansea City
Queens Park Rangers supporters have been issued a travel warning ahead of Tuesday's Championship clash with Swansea City.
Both the R's and the Swans are vying to land a top-half finish to conclude an inconsistent second-tier campaign on a positive note.
Last time the West Londoners and the South Wales outfit clashed in the Championship, Julien Stephan's men ran out as 1-0 winners, thanks to Rumarn Burrell's goal.
That encounter may have given QPR the psychological edge over Vitor Matos' side heading into Tuesday's meeting, but Swansea have Championship top scorer Zan Vipotnik among their ranks, so the West London club should be wary.

Stephan's side were in poor form in late February and early March, suffering consecutive defeats at the hands of Southampton, Sheffield United, Middlesbrough, and Birmingham City.
Their losses against the Saints and Boro were particularly bad, as they were beaten 5-0 by the Hampshire outfit, and 4-0 by the North East club.
However, QPR responded to those setbacks well, with three successive victories over Leicester City, Portsmouth and Watford, while the 6-1 triumph over Pompey was particularly pleasing for the Loftus Road outfit.
Meanwhile, on Friday, the R's informed supporters via their official website about tube strikes on the day of their game with Swansea.
The update revealed that there will be no services expected on the Circle or Central line between central London, no services on the Piccadilly line, nor the Metropolitan line between Baker Street and Aldgate ahead of kick-off.
QPR's statement added that the Hammersmith & City and Central lines will operate via Wood Lane and White City westbound with a less frequent service than usual before the game, while trains will be more congested than normal as a result of the strikes.
Furthermore, it is anticipated that there will be no tube services on the aforementioned lines after the match, but local buses, the Elizabeth line, DLR, London Overground, and tram services will be running normally.
Supporters have been encouraged to check their journey before visiting Loftus Road on 21 April.

As previously mentioned, QPR have struggled for consistency this season.
Defence has been a particular issue for Stephan's side, while goalkeepers Paul Nardi, Joe Walsh, and Ben Hamer have all endured varying stints between the sticks.
Despite their inconsistency, though, the West London club's 0-0 draw with Roy Hodgson's Bristol City last Saturday marked their third consecutive home game without a defeat.
Before playing out a stalemate with the Robins, QPR got the better of Portsmouth and Watford on 21 March and Good Friday, respectively.
Extending their unbeaten streak at Loftus Road to four games, by either beating Swansea or avoiding defeat against Matos' men would mark a strong end to the campaign.
Stephan has enjoyed some positive moments in his first season as a manager in the English game, but the R's have failed to launch a serious Championship play-off push.
A victory against the Swans will help QPR end the current season with momentum, and give themselves a greater chance of troubling the top-six spots next term.
