Largie Ramazani’s home in Valencia was burgled on Saturday night during the Valencia v Barcelona match, and he spent his final day in the city at a Guardia Civil station.
Las Provincias reports that the property is in a development near the Paterna training base, and that the haul topped €100,000 in cash and valuables.
The break-in occurred while the player and his family were at Mestalla, only hours before a scheduled flight to London.
With his luggage packed for travel and a move, his spell at Valencia over and a return to Leeds United required, the intruders barely needed to search.
Ramazani had his home in the Torre en Conill estate in Bétera, which has private security and also houses players from Valencia, Villarreal and Levante. In recent years several footballers there have suffered break-ins, including Castillejo, Kluivert, Mustafi, Garay, Paulista and Kondogbia.
