According to journalist Miguel Serrano (h/t Madrid Zone), Real Madrid are completely relaxed regarding the long-term future of Vinícius Jr, showing zero concern over the possibility of the Brazilian superstar leaving the club for free when his current contract expires in 2027.

Talks over a new deal between the Brazilian international and Los Blancos have been at a standstill for a while now.

And, with each passing day, the forward is getting close to entering the final year of his deal. But there is no worry about the situation at the club.

Indeed, as per the report, Vinicius has personally promised Real Madrid president Florentino Perez that he will not run down his contract to leave as a free agent.

The forward directly reassured the club president that his primary intention is to remain at the Santiago Bernabeu for many years to come, solidifying his commitment to the ongoing sporting project in the capital.
