Football League World rounds up all the latest takeover news emerging from Championship club Sheffield Wednesday.
Sheffield Wednesday are seemingly closer than ever before to exiting administration and being taken over by David Storch's Arise consortium.
The Owls have endured an incredibly challenging Championship season, which has seen them win just one game in 45 league attempts so far.
Henrik Pedersen's men will earn their first home victory of the campaign on the final weekend of the term if they defeat West Bromwich Albion at Hillsborough Stadium this Saturday.
Even though Wednesday were officially relegated to League One in February, the Owls faithful have impressively ensured that this weekend's fixture is sold out.
Football League World has rounded up all the latest takeover news emerging from S6.

Storch is still targeting this Friday as the date to complete his takeover, which would steer the South Yorkshire outfit towards a brighter future at the earliest possible opportunity.
The sooner the Arise transaction is complete, the quicker Wednesday can set their sights on the summer transfer window and recruiting a squad that is capable of competing well in League One next season.
Storch's consortium still have hurdles to navigate, though, not least the fact that the Hillsborough Stadium club could be deducted 15 points because the bid fell below the amount required to pay creditors 25p in the pound.
Former owner Dejphon Chansiri is the main creditor, having plunged the Owls into administration, while talks between Arise and the Thai businessman over coming to a conclusion that could wipe the 15-point penalty have stalled.
The South Yorkshire club have been deducted 18 points already this season, thanks to Chansiri's wrongdoings, and are desperate to avoid a similar fate next term.
Meanwhile, as reported by the Sheffield Star, lawyers took major steps towards the completion of Storch’s takeover on Wednesday evening.
A law firm hired by Arise altered the official Land Registry, which is a standard procedure in the final stages of a takeover deal, indicating the transaction is closer than ever to being ratified.

Wednesday supporters have already been significantly more eager to purchase official club merchandise since the EFL disqualified Chansiri from his ownership position.
The Owls faithful will be particularly keen to buy replicas of next season's shirts, as the campaign will mark the South Yorkshire club's first since exiting administration.
As per the Sheffield Star, Wednesday's megastore was temporarily closed on Tuesday, and many supporters noticed that many items from kit supplier Macron became unavailable to buy.
Since the megastore reopened on Thursday, 2025/26 replica kit items remain unavailable for purchase, while the ramifications of an exit from administration render existing contracts void.

One of the toughest consequences of entering administration Wednesday faced was seeing Owls legend Barry Bannan leave South Yorkshire to join Millwall in the winter transfer window.
Bannan spent a decade and a half in S6, and supporters were gutted to see him depart amid testing financial circumstances.
Meanwhile, one Wednesday stalwart who has stayed at Hillsborough Stadium despite this season's hardship is defender Liam Palmer, who has made over 500 appearances for the South Yorkshire outfit.
Discussing the latest takeover developments, Palmer told the Sheffield Star: "I think the manager probably knows more than most. He's in direct contact with them, we just try and control what we can as players.
"That's something we've tried to do throughout the whole season. Hopefully, things get sorted and we can move forward."
