Six Lionesses feature in FIFPRO Women's World XI

Six England internationals feature in the FIFPRO Women's World 11 with Lucy Bronze making a record appearance.

Of the 11 players included more than half are current or (former) Lionesses with goalkeeper Hannah Hampton, defenders Lucy Bronze, Millie Bright, and Leah Williamson, and forwards Chloe Kelly and Alessia Russo all making the cut.

Bright missed out on Euro 2025 due to injury and announced her international retirement last month but has been ever-reliable for club and country.

Meanwhile, Bright's club teammate Bronze makes a record eighth appearance in the World 11.

Spanish players made up three more of the places, all of whom ply their trade for Barcelona. Previous Ballon d'Or winners Aitana Bonmatí and Alexia Putellas join former Manchester United defender Ona Batlle.

Finally, there are two African players included, Morocco's Ghizlane Chebbak and Orlando Pride striker Barbra Banda.
