Nicolas Jackson is unlikely to stay at Chelsea according to the BBC, despite some things moving in that direction.

As we race towards the summer, certain transfer sagas are likely to come back into focus, and will likely dominate the window.
From Chelsea’s point of view, few are likely to be bigger than the one that could surround Nicolas Jackson. The striker had plenty of twists and turns last summer when he forced through a loan move to Bayern Munich, and will be ready to go through it all again.
Enzo Maresca is out of the picture, and Jackson’s replacement at Stamford Bridge (Liam Delap) struggled horribly. To us, that opens the door to Jackson staying. But according to the BBC, that’s still not likely.
“Those close to the player do not expect him to feature at Stamford Bridge again, with Chelsea having made him available for sale last summer,” Nizaar Kinsella writes in his piece for the BBC.
The fact that he’s a valuable player who Chelsea could make a profit on in a summer where they’re likely to have to sell also makes a departure likely. Kinsella’s piece mentions Aston Villa and Juventus as possible destinations, and various other clubs have been mentioned in recent weeks.
Gary Cahill has been praising one Chelsea player for his consistent form this season.
We’re very curious about who gets picked at centre back for Chelsea on Monday – it will tell us a lot about the Blues’ plans.
