Spurs ace Dennis signs new deal | OneFootball

Tottenham Hotspur ace Araya Dennis has signed a new long-term contract with the club.

WSL Full-Time were informed of the news via an official club press release from The Lilywhites this afternoon.

The 20-year-old Londoner joined Spurs in February 2024 after leaving neighbours Arsenal. Dennis has impressed at Professional Game Academy League level and has been awarded some first team minutes. Dennis has made five appearances in all competitions for Spurs.

Dennis has also gained some experience away from Spurs. She spent the second half of last season on loan at Barclays WSL2 club Southampton where she made nine appearances.

After agreeing new terms with Dennis, Spurs boss Martin Ho said “Araya is a bright young talent with huge potential, and we’re really pleased she has committed her future to the club. She has shown a strong desire to learn, develop and improve every day, and we believe this environment is the right place for her to continue that growth.

“We’re excited to support Araya as she takes the next steps in her journey and progresses into the next phase of her development here at Tottenham Hotspur.”

Dennis will now look to continue her development with Spurs with a view to gaining new first team opportunities.
