Jackson joined Bayern Munich on a season long loan on deadline day last summer, but the German champions won’t be making the move permanent.

The Senegal international has played second fiddle to Harry Kane for the majority of the season, and has scored ten goals in 30 appearances in all competitions.

Chelsea think Nicolas Jackson is worth up to £60m

Jackson has started just 13 games this season, but has scored in each of the last three Bundesliga games, with Bayern being crowned champions once again.

The 24-year-old will return to Chelsea this summer, and his future could be impacted by who the next head coach at Stamford Bridge is.

Jackson is reportedly attracting interest from clubs in England and Italy, whilst the possibility of him playing for Chelsea again hasn’t entirely been ruled out.

The loan to Bayern hasn’t gone to plan in terms of boosting Jackson’s value, but The Athletic have reported Chelsea don’t feel his value has been impacted, and they still view him as player worth up to £60m.
