Manchester City and Tottenham have confirmed their starting lineups ahead of today’s Premier League fixture at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Pep Guardiola’s side enters today’s match sitting seven points behind Arsenal after the Gunners’ 4-0 win over Leeds United yesterday. City will be desperate to pick up three points against a Tottenham side that always rises to the occasion against them. Thomas Frank’s side beat City 2-0 at the Etihad Stadium last August. A tough test awaits Manchester City today as the 2025/26 season enters a critical stage.
For Manchester City, they enter today’s match with a host of players unavailable due to injury. Ruben Dias, Josko Gvardiol, John Stones, Mateo Kovacic, Jeremy Doku, and Savinho are ruled out of today’s game. Ruben Dias is set to return to training on Monday, Pep Lijnders revealed on Friday. Doku is set to be out for between two and three weeks, the City assistant manager also revealed. Doku sustained a calf injury against Galatasaray.
Pep Guardiola’s side will be boosted by the return of Rodri, Antoine Semenyo and Marc Guehi for today’s game. Rodri missed City’s 2-nil win over Galatasaray due to suspension. Semenyo and Guehi were ineligible for the Champions League fixture at the Etihad. All three players are available for today’s match which is a huge boost for Pep Guardiola’s side.

Pep Guardiola has made three changes yo the starting eleven that began City’s win over Galatasaray. In comes Marc Guehi, Rodri, and Antoine Semenyo. Jeremy Doku is ruled out of today’s match. Omar Marmoush and Nathan Ake drop to the bench for today’s match.
