The No10 returns for the first time since shoulder surgery
Thomas Tuchel has said it was a "no-brainer" to recall Jude Bellingham into the England squad.
On Friday, Tuchel named Bellingham in an England squad for the first time since June.
While Bellingham was still recovering from shoulder surgery in September and so unavailable, the England head coach had received criticism for not selecting him in October despite having already played five times for Real Madrid.
Also selected among the 25 names in the November squad on Friday was Manchester City's Phil Foden, last involved with England in March.
“Big names, big personalities, big, big talents," Tuchel said of the duo. "It’s excellent to see that both of them are in rhythm, both of them are in form, in shape, both contributing goals in important wins for their teams.
"It was a no-brainer. We will have central roles for both of them to bring out the very best. So happy to have them back. Happy to see them smile, happy to see them fit. This is the foundation to be selected.”
He added: “Jude comes back as a No10. I think that’s his best position. One of his key strengths is to score goals from this position — to score goals a No9 would score. It's one of his key qualities. “
