With the first fixture of pre-season almost upon us, the Bhoys continued their preparations after arriving in Dublin yesterday.

Martin O’Neill’s squad are gearing up for their first friendly match of the summer, which will see them take on League of Ireland side, Shelbourne on Tuesday night (KO: 6pm).

Having put in the hard yards at Lennoxtown over the past week, the Celts jetted off to Ireland on Sunday and will then head for Portugal for a training camp after tomorrow's match.

But before the match action in Ireland, there was time for more work on the training pitch as the Hoops got down to work earlier this afternoon.

The Champions are back in action as they begin their pre-season campaign against Shelbourne at Tolka Park in Dublin tomorrow night (Tuesday, July 7).

The Bhoys are currently in Ireland being put through their paces as part of their pre-season preparations, and the first test for Martin O’Neill’s Bhoys is against the League of Ireland side in a 6pm kick-off (Celtic Park Time).
