Today's transfer talk features a potential return to the Premier League for Darwin Nunez, Italian interest in Marcos Senesi, and Liverpool's big bid planned for Anthony Gordon.

Following a teammates' tiff with Kieran Trippier,Anthony Gordon etched his name into the history books in midweek. Gordon grabbed four goals as Newcastle made light work of Qarabag in the Champion League to make it 10 goals for the season in Europe. To raise funds for said pursuit, Liverpool could offloadJoe Gomez. The long-serving defender's decade-and-a-bit at Anfield could conclude in the summer, with Caught Offside claiming that AC Milan and Bayern Munich are ready to offer the utility man a more regular role.

TEAMtalk headline with everyone's favourite transfer topic; strikers. On the agenda for English clubs is Darwin Nunez, whose Saudi switch has been a disappointment. Ousted from Ah-Ahli's Saudi Pro League squad by Karim Benzema, he's currently only eligible to play in the AFC Champions League. Newcastle and Tottenham Hotspur have hopes of a summer deal.

Everton, meanwhile, are also searching for a striker. Thierno Barry and Beto's below-par showings have the Toffees trying again for Liam Delap. Everton missed out on Delap last summer, but are repositioning themselves for another bid. Chelsea are understood to be open to his exit after an underwhelming debut campaign.

One player who is not short of offers this summer isMarcos Senesi. The Argentine is set to leave Bournemouth as a free agent and clubs are queuing up to get a deal done. Corriere Dello Sport say Roma and Juventus have joined Premier League and La Liga
