Liverpool’s Champions League trip to Galatasaray is set, with fixtures and kick-off times locked in for the last 16.

UEFA confirmed the first leg at RAMS Park, Istanbul, for Tuesday, March 10, with an early 17:45 GMT start due to the time difference in Türkiye, 19:45 local. The return is at Anfield on Wednesday, March 18, at 20:00 GMT.

It offers swift redemption after September’s 1-0 defeat in Istanbul to Okan Buruk’s side, a result during a bleak run of six losses in seven.

Arne Slot’s team have since found rhythm, and as Premier League leaders they will feel better placed for this rematch.

Galatasaray advanced via a wild playoff against Juventus, winning the first leg 5-2 then losing 3-0 in Turin despite the Italians going down to ten men. Extra-time goals from Victor Osimhen and Baris Alper Yilmaz sealed a 7-5 aggregate.

The winners face Chelsea or Paris Saint-Germain in the quarter-finals. A possible semi-final would bring Real Madrid, Manchester City, Bayern Munich or Atalanta. On the opposite side, Arsenal meet Bayer Leverkusen for the right to face Sporting CP or Bodo/Glimt, with Newcastle facing Barcelona and Tottenham playing Atletico Madrid.
