According to Sky Sport, VfB Stuttgart are exploring a move for Hoffenheim midfielder Grisha Prömel, 31, who could be available on a free next summer if he does not extend his contract.
Stuttgart have set their sights on the midfielder and talks with the player have already taken place.

Other Bundesliga sides are in the frame, while overseas clubs are also monitoring his situation. He has made 70 appearances for Hoffenheim.
Hoffenheim are keen to keep Prömel and have submitted a substantial offer to extend his deal.
Negotiations had advanced but are currently on hold while he deliberates over his future.
