Canada international Jonathan David has returned to Turin to undergo routine medical tests and resume training with Juventus ahead of the 2026-27 campaign.

The former Lille striker is about to start his second season at the Allianz Stadium.

Today marks his first day in the 2026-27 season as the Canadian arrived at the Juventus training centre in Turin to undergo routine medical examinations before starting his pre-season.

His Juventus teammates began pre-season preparations on July 13, and David is now ready to reunite with them after participating in the World Cup with Canada national team.

It remains to be seen whether David will remain at Juventus beyond the summer as the Bianconeri are open to offers for him.

David scored eight goals in 46 appearances across all competitions with Juventus in 2025-26.
