Chelsea were at 2-2 and looking really dangerous on the break. They just needed to avoid doing something stupid. Well, you can guess what happened next. They did something really, really stupid.

It was the moment to take no risks – we were happy with 2-2, and would have great chances on counter attacks. But goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen took a ridiculous risk in possession, passed it to a PSG player, and the Blues were suddenly behind.

Enzo Fernandez was raging at his goalkeeper, and a camera caught his furious reaction. We can understand why – this was not the time or place for a pass into midfield.

You can see the moment in the clip embedded here:

Jorgensen blows his audition on the biggest stage

It’s a dark day for Jorgensen especially.

We said before the game that it was probably an unnecessary risk from Liam Rosenior. We’re not sure why he dropped Robert Sanchez after a bad game against Arsenal. The myth that Jorgensen is better with his feet is nonsense – he just has the confidence to do stupid things.

Honestly this tie could be over all thanks to that one stupid moment, and one bad decision from Rosenior to put him in.

In other news…

Chelsea’s second goal was a superb counter from Pedro Neto, who burst forward then stayed alert to pick out Enzo Fernandez’s run.

The opening Chelsea goal was a really nice one, with Malo Gusto finding space down the right to dash forwards into.
