West Ham United are reportedly considering replacing Graham Potter with Coventry City manager Frank Lampard.
Potter is under pressure after a poor start to the season at the London Stadium, with West Ham 16th in the table after three games.
The 50-year-old has won just six of his 23 games in all competitions since replacing Julen Lopetegui last season and has overseen three defeats in four games during the current campaign.
West Ham did beat Nottingham Forest in an impressive morale-boosting win before the international break but the board are reportedly considering their options.
Football Insider have claimed that Frank Lampard has been contacted. Lampard has rebuilt his reputation at Coventry City, overseeing a remarkable transformation last season to lead The Sky Blues into the Championship play-offs.
Coventry are unbeaten after four league games this season, with Lampard having averaged 1.72 points per game during his time at the club.
The 47-year-old is a former West Ham player, having rose through the academy ranks. He soured his reputation with an £11m move to Chelsea in 2001.
However, the West Ham board have shortlisted Lampard as a potential option to replace Potter if results do not improve. Lampard is understood to be keen to re-test himself in the top division after challenging spells at Chelsea and Everton.
