Manchester City announced yesterday on mancity.com that Savinho had extended his contract until 2031. Savinho’s contract extension ends any speculation over his future at City. The Brazilian international was heavily linked with a move to Tottenham during the past summer transfer window. Now he figures to be a prominent player for Pep Guardiola’s side for the now and in the future.

Savinho was proud to extend his contract with Manchester City. He also acknowledged that the challenge is for him to grow and develop as a player.
