Tickets for CD Castellón’s trip to Real Zaragoza are scarce and costly, with no visiting allocation at Ibercaja Estadio. The Segunda División fixture is set for Sunday 25 January at 18.30. It is typically one of Castellón’s best-attended trips, helped by proximity.
According to El Periódico Mediterráneo, the modular ground, Spain’s first of its kind, holds 20,071 and has more members than seats, 23,017. It is Zaragoza’s temporary home until 2027 while La Nueva Romareda is built for the 2030 World Cup.
Last season, around 400 travelling fans watched a 1-2 win at a partially dismantled Romareda.
LaLiga confirmed the 23rd matchday slot on Thursday, a little over two weeks out. There will be no ticket sales via CD Castellón’s website for this game, leaving supporters to try Zaragoza’s box office or online site.
On Zaragoza’s ticketing portal, the few remaining seats in the cheapest area are priced at 23 euros, with the top bracket at 52. For availability, sectors 111 or 118 are advised at about 40 euros.
