10,000-euro sanction ‘proposed’ over flare at Euskadi v Palestine | OneFootball

Bingen Zupiria said the State Commission against Violence in Sport has proposed a 10,000 euro sanction over the flare incident during Euskadi v Palestine at San Mamés in November, which left a spectator injured.
