Magdalena Eriksson and her Bayern teammates are already excited for the first leg in Munich: “Champions League nights at the Allianz Arena always have a very special atmosphere – and for many days now, the anticipation has been huge for everyone, for me just as much as for the whole team. The fact that so many fans are coming to our semi-final against Barcelona on Saturday evening means a great deal to us. It is they who make these matches so extraordinary for us. We face a huge challenge against Barcelona, but we also know the energy that comes from the stands and how important that support will be. We want to play with courage, give it our all and, together with our fans, ensure that this evening at the Allianz Arena becomes yet another very special highlight.”
