Present yesterday at the 2026 World Cup draw ceremony, Hervé Renard left a message for Lionel Messi's Argentina.

Hervé Renard reacted last night to the 2026 World Cup group stage draw. The Saudi Arabia coach, who faced Algeria in a friendly last month, was full of praise for Vladimir Petkovic’s team.
"Algeria has an outstanding new generation around Riyad Mahrez. I learned a lot from the last friendly…" the Frenchman stated after the 2026 World Cup draw. He added that the Fennecs "don’t need anyone’s advice to challenge the world champions."
Argentina, who share Group J with Algeria, will need to be cautious next summer when the tournament gets underway.
