Tuchel has selected a 25-man squad for the qualifiers against Serbia and Albania, with England hosting the first of those fixtures at Wembley on 13 November before travelling to Tirana three days later.
The manager, who has already guided England to qualification following their 5-0 win over Latvia, has also handed Alex Scott his first senior call-up after an impressive season with Bournemouth.
Rice, capped 70 times since switching allegiance from Ireland in 2019, remains one of Tuchel’s most trusted figures at the base of midfield.
Saka, who has 13 goals and nine assists in 46 England appearances, continues to provide end product from wide areas, while Eze has scored twice in 14 caps since his debut in June 2023.
England’s squad also includes returns for Jude Bellingham, Phil Foden, and Nick Pope, while Harry Kane again leads the forward line.
Tuchel’s side have yet to lose under his management and will look to close out the year unbeaten as preparations begin in earnest for the 2026 World Cup.
