A mystery club has been named after a €50m verbal offer was made for Liverpool target.

Liverpool have been linked with two of the biggest talents in German football right now. One of those is Yan Diomande, of course, who is now a target for half of Europe.

But the other is Said El Mala. Liverpool have been linked several times this season as the teenager has enjoyed a true breakout campaign.

13 goals and four assists from the 19-year-old is an extraordinary return, leading FC Koln in both categories. It's no wonder that clubs like Liverpool are in the market for El Mala - nor is it a wonder why his club have slapped a €50m asking price on him.

Sport Bild reports that El Mala has been telling teammates that he's aware of a verbal offer of that amount, too. It seems a club has contacted at least his side of things to express a willingness to pay it.

The report also claims they know the name of the club: Brentford. The Bees are looking for a new elite talent and appear ready to take a chance on El Mala.
